We found out that to be healthy:
We need at least 12 hours sleep every night
We need good healthy food that doesn't have too much sugar and salt
We need lots of water
We need oxygen - nice clean healthy air
We need to exercise at least 30 minutes each day
We need to spend less time on technology and more time outside.
For our own physical safety we need to know:
Our names, both first and last
At least one of our phone numbers
It is a really good idea to know our mum's and dad's first names too.
